  1. Should your product require after-sales service due to manufacturing defects, please email infinmind@126.com to initiate the support process.
  2. Describe your issue and provide your purchase order details for verification.
  3. Repair Service: Our support team will arrange a courier pickup and ship the repaired item back to you free of charge.

    Replacement Service: A brand-new replacement product will be delivered to your shipping address at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

  1. Submit your refund request via email to infinmind@126.com.
  2. Our team will verify your order number and product condition, then issue a return shipping label for you to send the item back to our warehouse.
  3. Full refund will be processed via the Amazon platform.
